The Role

This is an exciting and rare opportunity. Depending on your experience, you will act as, or assist, a joint head of Enterprise Growth & Corporate Advisory working closely with Senior Lawyers and directors of fast-growing SMEs as an integral part of our virtual in-house counsel solution. You will provide corporate and commercial legal services relating to:

  • business structures and restructuring,
  • sales of businesses,
  • mergers and acquisitions,
  • commercial agreements, transactions and leases,
  • intellectual property,
  • work health & safety,
  • industrial relations,
  • business succession planning,
  • corporate insolvency, and
  • dispute resolution.

About You

We are looking of a fun, professional and competent lawyer to join our supportive team. To be successful in this role you will also need:

  • at least 5 years PAE
  • ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong legal technical, drafting and advisory skills
  • ability to build and maintain positive client, team member and referral relationships
  • ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and maintain high-level attention to detail

Specialist Accreditation or a desire to obtain Specialist Accreditation in Business Law will be an advantage.
